What are the dimensions of a planner?
All our planners are 5 ¼" x 8".
How many pages are in a planner?
There are 160 pages in our daily planners.
What is the duration of a planner?
The duration of the planner will depend on how the planner is structured. The page sequence will repeat until the maximum of 160 pages.
How does page sequencing work?
Pages in the planner section will inserted in the order they appear, with the set number of copies. For example, pages that are inserted weekly will appear every week in the planner.
Shipping and Delivery
How fast can my planner be made?
Once you place an order, we print and assemble your planner as soon as possible. You can expect your planner to be shipped in two days, however it can take from 1 - 5 days to manufacture.
How long will shipping take?
Our shortest shipping time is 2-7 days. Delivery time may vary depending on different locations.
What carriers and shipping services do you use?
All orders are shipped via CanadaPost.
Returns and Cancellation Policies
Returns and Refunds
If there is an issue with the planner, please email us with your name, order number, and photos showing the problem. Order errors must be submitted within two weeks of delivery.
We do not issue refunds once the order is printed and assembled.
Can I cancel an order?
If your planner is yet to be processed, we are able cancel the order. Please contact us with your name and order number.
